Niaz Eghrari

Niaz has been designing homes since 2010, on projects in Australia and overseas, and he reads a council planning scheme the way most people read a good novel. He knows the residential codes inside out, so the surprises on a TRIION project are the pleasant kind.

He shapes how every TRIION site is planned, from the first sketch to the final approval, and judges each home by one test: will it still feel right in twenty years? Calm in a negotiation, relentless on the details, and rarely more than a phone call away, even at lunch.

Hami Aryan

Hami came to property from tech ventures, and he never left the mindset behind. He loves numbers, plans and systems, in roughly that order, and can model a project's feasibility before the kettle has boiled.

At TRIION he turns ambitious ideas into clear programs, tidy budgets and processes that keep every project on track. If something can be measured, he is measuring it. If it can be automated, he has probably already handed it to an AI tool and asked what else it can do. Off duty, he is most likely testing the next piece of technology, as you may have noticed.

Sam Roshan

Sam built his career in digital marketing, so he knows how to tell a story people actually stop scrolling for. What he enjoys most, though, happens offline: a firm handshake, a long coffee and remembering the details that matter to you the next time you meet.

At TRIION he connects buyers, agents, landowners and partners, and makes sure every one of them feels looked after long after the contract is signed. He has never met a room he couldn't work, and he gives every conversation his full energy, which might explain the occasional power nap.
