How is TRIION related to Luminur Group?
TRIION is a new company that continues what Luminur Group started in 2016, led by partners Niaz, Hami and Sam. The homes Luminur Group delivered are the experience we build on.
Which suburbs do you build in?
We focus on established suburbs in Melbourne's north-east and east. Our projects so far are in Heidelberg Heights, Heidelberg West, Bellfield, Mount Waverley and Vermont South.
Which projects are under construction?
Three: 22 Ebony Parade and 2 Lae Street in Heidelberg West, and 25 Skeffington Street in Bellfield. Enquire to register your interest.
How energy efficient are your homes?
Every home we build today is designed to at least a 7-star energy rating, for lower running costs and comfort all year round.
What finishes do your homes include?
It depends on the project. Recent homes feature stone kitchens, Fisher & Paykel appliances, brass tapware, oak floors and Victorian ash staircases. Each project page lists its details.
Can I sell my land to TRIION or partner on a project?
Yes. We talk with landowners about selling or developing a site, and with partners about new projects. Tell us about your site through the enquiry form or call 1300 806 809.
